Hiles Plants Over 3,000 Trees, Cutting Pollution

Western Rim Property Services develops communities designed to act in harmony with their environment and to reflect the natural splendor of their surroundings. “My goal for every building project is to increase the tree canopy over its pre-developed state,” says CEO Marcus Hiles of Dallas. If placed near buildings, trees can also reduce the need for air conditioning and heating by 30 percent or more.
